How do I request a quote or make a reservation?
You may request a quote or reservation by phone, email, or through the website contact form. To ensure availability, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
How far in advance should I book?
Advance booking is strongly recommended. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed.
Do you provide airport transportation?
Yes. We provide dependable airport transportation for business travelers, individuals, families, and groups. Advance reservations are encouraged for all airport transfers.
Do you provide transportation for weddings and special events?
Yes. We offer transportation for weddings, galas, private events, celebrations, and VIP occasions. We can also accommodate transportation for select groups depending on the service requested.
Do you offer corporate transportation?
Yes. We provide private transportation for executives, business travelers, corporate meetings, conferences, client hospitality, and other professional travel needs.
Can you accommodate group transportation?

Are reservations required?
Yes. Reservations are required to secure transportation services. Availability is based on scheduling and confirmation.
What information is needed to book?
To prepare an accurate quote and confirm service, we may request:
Policies
Reservation Policy
All reservations must be confirmed in advance. A reservation is not considered secured until confirmed by Allure Executive Enterprises.
For certain services, events, or extended bookings, a deposit or advance payment may be required.
Payment Policy
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required prior to the date of service depending on the reservation type.
Any additional time, extra stops, waiting time, or itinerary changes may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits made for specialty bookings, events, or reserved date blocks may be non-refundable.
Late Arrival / Wait Time Policy
Clients should be ready at the scheduled pickup time. A reasonable grace period may be allowed; however, extended wait time may result in additional charges or schedule adjustments.
For airport pickups, timing will be coordinated based on the itinerary provided at booking.
Changes to Reservation
Any changes to a confirmed reservation, including pickup time, location, stops, or passenger count, should be communicated as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
No Smoking / No Illegal Substances
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are not permitted in the vehicle at any time.
Alcohol and Conduct Policy
Alcohol consumption, if permitted, must comply with all applicable laws and service guidelines. Disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, or damage to the vehicle may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy
Allure Executive Enterprises maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for unsafe, abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior. The safety of our clients, driver, and vehicles is a top priority.
Vehicle Damage Policy
The booking party is responsible for any damage caused by passengers during service, including excessive cleaning, spills, burns, or physical damage to the vehicle.
Additional charges may apply for repair, restoration, or cleaning costs.
Child Safety
Clients traveling with children are responsible for providing any legally required child safety seats unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Accessibility
Wheelchair-accessible transportation may be available upon request based on service needs and availability. Please notify us in advance so we may properly coordinate accommodations.
Service Refusal Rights
Allure Executive Enterprises reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe conditions, illegal activity, harassment, violence, or policy violations.
Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to provide timely and dependable service, Allure Executive Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues beyond reasonable control, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Lost and Found
Items left in the vehicle will be handled with reasonable care if found. However, Allure Executive Enterprises is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.
